Shipping Policy

We process all orders promptly and in most cases ship the same day as long as the order is submitted before our 2PM cut-off Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday. Our two step processing system ensures your order is both accurate and packaged with care.

At time of checkout, you are able to choose your preferred method of shipping. We ship via US Postal Service and offer the option of First Class Mail (2-7 business days) or Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Estimated delivery time is longer for International orders. We do not ship C.O.D. We require delivery confirmation (proof of delivery for International) on all packages and strongly encourage you to purchase the optional insurance as your package will not be covered against loss or damage without insurance.

Shipping rates are calculated using the weight of your packaged order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound as per USPS rules. You are only charged the shipping amount shown at the time of checkout. We do not charge any "shipping or handling" fees, only the actual shipping costs as per the US Postal Service rates.

Non-Shipping Days:

We celebrate the following Holidays and do not process or ship orders on those days.

We are open and process orders on the below Holidays, however, the US Postal Service is closed and therefore your order will not be shipped until the next business day following the Holiday.
